Project Details

Scope of Work: The work of this Contract is to construct a pipeline for conveying the treated effluent from the Georgetown Wet Weather Treatment Station to a new outfall in the Duwamish Waterway.
1. Demolition, dewatering, sewer bypassing, excavation, shoring and excavation support
systems, pipe installation and testing, backfill and compaction, for 36-inch and 60-inch
diameter and 4-foot by 8-foot square combined sewer and effluent pipelines and
associated diversion manholes.
2. Surface restoration including sidewalks, curb and gutter, and asphalt and cement
concrete paving.
3. Utility protection and relocation including electrical, gas, sanitary sewers, combined
sewers, storm drains, water mains, fire protection mains, fiber optics, and other utilities.
4. Responsibility for all Seattle Department of Transportation Street Use permit fees,
reviews, and inspections.

Goals: MBE - 10%
WBE - 6%
