Helt Engineering, Inc. requests qualifications from DBE firms with NAICS Codes 541620, 541330 and 541380 interested in providing qualified personnel for the following: Environmental Biological Studies, Engineering Geotechnical Services, Materials Testing Services, Construction Inspection Services and Land Survey Services. Scope of work as provided in the RFQ. Interested firms may respond by submitting: Statement of Qualifications/Experience, DBE Certificate, Fee Schedule to Helt Engineering, Inc. @ jpantoja@heltengr.com. RFQ can be viewed at www.californiacity-ca.gov or it may be provided upon request. Upon request, Helt Engineering, Inc. will assist in providing info regarding the consultant's procurement of bonds, lines of credit, equipment and/or insurance. This RFP shall not obligate Helt Engineering, Inc. to either contract with, or reimburse costs to, respond hereto.
