Attention Certified DBE firms interested in providing qualifications for consideration to be part of a consultant team pursing the following Project: Design & Environmental Services for Bridge #55C0174 and #55C0177 in Silverado Canyon. NCM Engineering is looking for certified DBE firms local to Orange County with recent relevant experience working on HBP Funded Bridge projects or work with County of Orange Public Works related to bridge projects. Scope of Services we are searching for are geotechnical, hydrology & hydraulics, environmental, drainage, water quality and architectral rendering. Interested firms please provide a summary of firm and key staff qualifications to NCM for review by April 24, 2018.
