Located in Terminal 1 at Cluster Building #4 (A Gates), this project is to demolish sections of framed walls and clean and repair vacant airline office space in preparation for new occupants. The scope of work includes asbestos abatement, removing and replacing flooring and baseboard, repairing and/or replacing ceilings, replacing lights, outlets, doors and other wall-mounted fixtures. The project scope also includes demolition and replacement of restrooms, patching, repairing, and painting walls and performing other miscellaneous repairs as indicated on the plans.
