The Work consist(s) of: The demolition of existing classroom buildings and site. The existing administration
building and multi-purpose room building to be refurbished. And construction of a 75,102-sq. ft. New
Elementary School education on 6.4-acre lot comprised of one (1) single story building and one (1) two story
building of masonry and metal stud construction on Clark County School Districts property complete with
playgrounds, parking lot, offsite improvements and both on and offsite utilities to support the project.

The schedule is 340 calendar days.
