EC Constructors is looking for qualified SBE, WoSBE, SDVoBE and HUBZone subcontractors to bid on the trades listed below.
The project scope calls for the rehabilitation of an existing 2 story hotel. Trades include selective demo, site demo, earthwork, asphalt & concrete paving, landscaping, and all the building trades.
There will be new flooring, doors, ceilings, drywall patching, painting, etc. New electrical fixtures, plumbing fixtures and new HVAC system will be installed and new roof. The exterior will get new rain gutters, downspouts and paint.
Building is about 25,000sf on a 42,000sf site. There will be site shade structures and an alternate for a PV system. Contact ECC to discuss help with material suppliers, bonding, etc.
