General Construction Company is seeking contractors and suppliers who are New York State certified Minority / Women-Owned Business Enterprises or Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Businesses, to provide proposal for our new, open shop labor, project located in Buffalo area. We are accepting proposals in the following trades:• Landscaping • Concrete / Asphalt Paving• Electrical Work• Plumbing• Mechanical• Masonry• Roofing• Window Replacement• Elevator Modernization• Sidewalk Bridge• Trash Compactor• Waste Containers• Kitchen Cabinets• Appliances• Flooring• General Building Supplies (screws, caulk, painting)

Eligible businesses may need to demonstrate that they are responsible and have the ability to perform successfully under the terms and conditions of proposed contracts. The project is funded by New York State Housing Finance Agency and falls under reporting compliance. Each awarded contractor will provide monthly report indicating workforce with their time spent on site and compensation information.
