Telfer Pavement Technologies, LLC is requesting quotes from all qualified subcontractors and suppliers including certified UDBE/DBE firms for the following items of work, including but not limited to; Materials (supply/delivery), Trucking, Traffic Control System, Job Site Management, Install Asphalt Spot Repairs, Traffic Striping and Pavement Markings Removal, Remove Raised Pavement Markers, Adjust Water Valve Cover to Grade, Adjust Survey Monument Box to Grade, Adjust Storm Drain Manhole to Grade, Adjust Sanitary Sewer Manhole to Grade, Modify Existing Curb Ramp, Add Detectable Warning Surface on Existing Ramps, Install Blue Pavement Marker, Install Yellow Retroreflective Markers at Planters and Island, Paint Island Curb (2 Coats of Yellow), Install Markings Per Detail 23, Install Thermoplastic Striping, Install Thermoplastic Markings, ETC…Quotations will be broken down to comparable packages as reasonably necessary. Telfer Pavement Technologies, LLC will work with interested subcontractors to identify opportunities to break down items into economically feasible packages. All Supplier and Subcontractor proposals shall be in strict accordance with said project plans, specifications, and any addenda issued.

Telfer Pavement Technologies, LLC will assist with performance and payment bonds as they may be required for the full amount of subcontract price. Telfer Pavement Technologies, LLC, will pay for bond premium up to 1.5%. Please call if you need assistance in obtaining bonding, lines of credit, insurance, necessary equipment, materials and/or supplies. Subcontractors must possess a current contractor's license, insurance and worker's compensation coverage meeting Telfer Pavement Technologies, LLC requirements and will be required to sign the standard Telfer Pavement Technologies, LLC Subcontract Agreement. A copy of the insurance requirements and agreement can be obtained by contacting the Telfer Pavement Technologies, LLC's office. Endorsements or waivers required are Additional Insured End., Primary Wording End., and a Waiver of Subrogation (GL & WC).
