Wickman Development and Construction is seeking 3% participation from DVBE Subcontractors and Suppliers for Washington Elementary School Window Replacement Project located at 801 Howard Avenue, Burlingame, CA 94010. The Project consists of the removal of the following: existing interior trims, suspended ceilings tiles, window blinds, window sash. Installation of new windows, installation of replacement trims, painting of all new trims, installation of new louvers. The estimated construction value of the work is $500,000 USD
Wickman Development and Construction is signatory to the Carpenter's and Laborer's Unions of Northern California Master Agreement. All sub-contractors who intend to bid scopes of work to Wickman Development and Construction that fall under the Master Agreement of these unions must also be signatory to these unions or we cannot list them for that portion of work.
