Scope of work consists of the demolition of Building #28 and adjacent structures along with the construction of new plant and pod buildings including mechanical, plumbing, and electrical distribution to each plant/pod. Other work includes sitework and restoration, site utilities, plantings, driven pile foundations, concrete, insulated precast panels, masonry, structural steel, waterproofing, liquid roofing, metal roofing, green roofing system, metal wall panels, fireproofing, hollow metal and stainless steel doors/frames, watertight doors, glass curtainwall & storefront, drywall partitions, acoustical ceilings, ceramic tiling, resilient flooring, carpeting, painting and special coatings, misc. specialties, electric traction elevators, and sprinkler, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
