The Work to be performed consists of signal system modernization at 207th Street Yard, rehabilitation of existing and construction of 2 new buildings including Relay Rooms, Train Control and Communications Based Train Control (CBTC) Rooms and restoration of track infrastructure on the IND 8th Avenue Line in the Borough of Manhattan.
