This project encompasses a new effluent and discharge pipeline to service a new wastewater treatment plant and a new learning center/park for the local community.

Walsh Construction is pursuing on a Progressive Design-Build project for East Valley Water District called the Sterling Natural Resource Center.
Project is located in San Bernardino, CA. Construction is anticipated to start in late 2019.
