The WORK consists of constructing a 24" ductile iron pipeline to convey blended recycled water from the beginning point of connection at the Escondido Creek crossing on Citrus Ave to the ending point of connection at Moody Drive and Glenridge Road where it meets the pipes installed through the Oak Hill Memorial Park cemetery. This will include the construction and installation of all combination air valves, blow-offs, valving, and other related appurtenances, as well as surface rehabilitation needed due to trenching. Two 2" conduits for fiber optic conduit will be installed parallel to the pipeline in the rnsame trench. This pipeline will begin at the Citrus Avenue crossing of the Escondido Creek channel, and continue southwest to the intersection of Moody Drive and Glenridge Road. The WORK shall include proper implementation and compliance with all necessary BMPs and environmental mitigation measures including but not limited to those listed in the SWPPP and the MND. A more specific description includes:
1. Beginning at the connection to the existing 24" pipeline along the Escondido Creek channel, west of Citrus Ave, the pipeline will be installed by conventional open cut methods across the Escondido Creek channel and then southwest on Citrus Avenue to Valley Parkway. The trench crossing the Escondido Creek channel will be backfilled with CLSM per Section 02200 of the specifications.
2. From Valley Parkway, the pipeline will continue southwest along Citrus Avenue to Bear Valley Parkway. The pipe installation crossing Valley Parkway and Bear Valley Parkway shall be installed during nighttime hours.
3. From Bear Valley Parkway, the pipeline will continue southwest along Citrus Avenue to Glen Ridge Road.
4. From the Glenridge Road and Citrus Avenue intersection, the pipeline continues east to Moody Drive, where it connects to the previously installed pipeline through the Oak Hill Memorial Park.
