Jett Industries, Inc. is actively soliciting quotations for the Throgs Neck Bridge Roadway Deck in Suspended Spans Replacement Bronx, New York. We will be bidding the project that has the following goals- 10% MBE, 10% WBE and 1% SDVOB participation. The project bids on August 7, 2018. Please submit your detailed scopes by July 20, 2018 and Final Quotes on August 9, 2018 by 12:00.

The Work to be performed under this Contract shall generally consist of furnishing all labor, material and equipment necessary for replacement of existing concrete-filled grid deck with orthotropic steel deck within the suspended spans at the Throgs Neck Bridge (TNB); installation of new median and side barriers throughout the TNB suspended spans; installation of new firs standpipes between the TNB Bronx Abutment and the Queens Anchorage; installation of new roadway lighting within the TNB suspended spans and Queens Approach; removal and replacement of four (4) suspender ropers; steel repairs, strengthening and painting of the TNB main trusses and floor trusses and other associated work. This work will also include incidental lead abatement.
