NPC is requesting the following trades including but not limited to: Trucking, lead compliance plan, WPCP, asbestos compliance plan, CAS, traffic control, portable CMS, temp. K-rail, street sweeping, treated wood waste, tree removal (4 ea), landscaping & irrig. (wood mulch, remove irrig. fac., 2" remote control vlv., 2" gate vlv., 1" sch. 40 plastic pipe, 1-1/4" sch. 40 plastic pipe,
2" sch. 40 plastic pipe, 2" and 3" class 315 plastic pipe), corrug. high density polyethylene pipe conduit, corrug. steel pipe conduit, lime treatment, erosion control items (dry seed, bonded fiber matrix, rolled erosion control product, fiber rolls), high friction surface treatment, type C/E/F AC dike, cold plane AC, struct. concrete, bar rein. steel, misc. iron & steel, ramp metering sys., elect. modifications, wood post guardrail sys., transition railing, striping & signs (delineators, pavement markers, alum. signs, roadside signs).

NPC may also offer assistance in obtaining bonds, lines of credit, insurance, necessary equipment, materials, supplies, etc. NPC may also require payment and performance bonds. NPC will pay bond premiums up to 1-1/2% of contract cost. NPC is a NON-UNION contractor. All subcontractors performing labor on this project must pay PREVAILING WAGES and must submit CERTIFIED PAYROLL REPORTS to NPC and upload them to DIR. Plans and specs can be downloaded at http://www.dot.ca.gov/des/oe/weekly-ads/all-adv-projects.php, can be viewed at local plan rooms or our office at 550 Gateway Drive, Suite 200, Napa, California.
INSURANCE: NPC requires to be named as additionally insured on all insurance certificates. Primary and non-contributing is required on certificates. Waiver of subrogation endorsements for GL and W/Comp.
Your company's certification must be current with Caltrans. We require a copy of your CURRENT CERTIFICATION with your quote. We encourage the use of DBE (Disadvantaged Business Enterprises). Your registration must be current with the DIR.
NPC IS AVAILABLE TO DISCUSS BREAKING OUT PORTIONS OF WORK TO ENCOURAGE DBE PARTICIPATION
