Scope of work includes but is not limited to the following: Patch and repair flooring for the entire kitchen area. Work to be completed in phases to accommodate existing day-to-day operations. Remove existing window and cut out opening for pass through during one phase. Place plastic with zipper at chef's office. Once phase is completed reframe drywall and set existing window back in place. Contractor will be responsible for moving and replacing equipment in the area of work. Contractor will be responsible to schedule and supply freezer truck during necessary phases. All floor prep to ensure water will flow toward floor drains. Prep floors to receive new flooring.
