Midstate Barrier, Inc. is requesting quote from all qualified DBE,MBE & WBE for the folowing items of work including but not limited to:rnConstruction Are Signs, Traffic Control System and Guardrail, wood posts and steel posts.

Midstate Barrier, Inc. is bound by the Master Labor Agreement with the Laborers and Operating Engineers. If your company enters into a subcontract with MBI, portions of those Labor Agreements may be applicable to your scope of work.

Please note that no contractor or subcontractor may be listed on a bid proposal for a public works project unless regeistered with the Department of Industrial Relations pursuant to Labor Code section 1725.5

Assitance is available to DBE's, MBE's and WBE's for obtaining bonding, lines of credit, insurance, obtaining necessary equipment, supplies, materials or services related to the plans or specs. Plans and specs are available at the Napa County website, https://www.countyofnapa.org/1607/Current-Projects/ or may be reviewed at our office.
