The project consists of constructing a new sewer lift station including all civil, structural, architectural, masonry, excavation and shoring, dewatering, masonry, retaining walls, piping, mechanical, odor control, electrical/telemetry, instrumentation, SCADA, landscaping, and all other appurtenant work as may be necessary to construct a complete and operational lift station, including start up and testing. Additionally, a new sewer force main and sewer gravity mains and manholes will be constructed. Existing manholes will be rehabilitated. The work also includes the demolition and abandonment of the existing sewer lift station, and coordination and installation of a SDG&E utility service for the new station and the abandonment of the SDG&E utility service at the existing sewer lift station.
