Contractor shall construct new storm drain and street improvements consisting of furnishing labor, materials and equipment for the installation of the following:

A. Approximately 1,284 linear feet of 24-inch storm pipe
B. Approximately 669 linear feet of 18-inch storm pipe
C. Approximately 567 linear feet of 12-inch storm pipe
D. Approximately 50 linear feet of 10-inch storm pipe
E. Approximately 12 manholes
F. Approximately 5,300 square feet of concrete sidewalks
G. Approximately 1,900 square feet of concrete driveways
H. Approximately 1,700 linear feet of concrete curb
I. Approximately 1,050 cubic yards of 1-inch aggregate base
J. Approximately 1,300 tons of asphalt concrete pavement
K. Approximately 1,260 square yards of asphalt concrete trench
patch
L. Approximately 2,100 square yards of Cold Plane Removal and Replacement
M. Miscellaneous items including traffic control, temporary pedestrian control, catch basin inlets, roadway excavation, etc.

We also encourage the utilization of apprentices for this project.
