REQUEST FOR BID - Faith-Tennyson Rehab project.

Faith-Tennyson is a 158-unit rehabilitation project of two adjacent properties in Hayward.
Faith Manor is 62 town home units with a mixture of 2- and 3-bedrooms over ~4 acres. This property will receive a complete exterior, site, and interior renovation, This property will be vacant during the time of construction.

Tennyson Gardens is a 96-unit family property of 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom units across four buildings with alterations to the existing community building.

This is not a prevailing wage project.

Proposals are due: August 15, 2018 at 2:00 PM.

-Anticipated start date is October 29, 2018

-RFIs due date - August 9, 2018 at 2:00 p.m.

A Revised Bid Set Documents was issued 7-25-18.
As of 8/8/18, Addendum No. 1 has been issued.
