Services are intended to include, but not be limited to:
• Preconstruction activities, including constructability reviews, bidding assistance and development of a Construction Management Plan
• Construction-phase services, including project management, grant reporting management, contract administration, document management, change management, field observations, outage request oversight, and startup, commissioning and training coordination.
• Post construction activities, including substantial and final completion services, verification and coordination of final operations and maintenance manuals, final project documentation, and verification of final payments.
• Construction phase services for on-site material sample collection and testing.
