ECC is looking for qualified DVBE subcontractors for this gym modernization project at Helix Charter High School in La Mesa.

This is a prevailing wage project but is NOT a PSA/PLA project.
This project includes trades for: earthwork, abatement and demo, building and site concrete, reinforcing steel, rough carpentry, structural steel, metal deck, sheet metal, gypsum board, doors & hardware, overhead coiling doors, casework, acoustical ceilings, wood flooring, wall panels, painting, casework, visual display units, toilet accessories, signage, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, fire alarm, communications, landscaping, underground utilities, etc.

The plans and specs are available for your review at our office and on our FTP site. ** All subcontractors providing bids to EC Constructors shall be prepared to provide payment and performance bonds for their respective work for any bids over $25,000. Subcontractor shall include bond cost on subcontractor's proposal sheet. Failure of subcontractor to provide bond cost or bond rate shall be construed to mean that bond is included in subcontractor's proposal.
