Remodel/Renovation of existing office area and Group Study Rooms into a Workshop, Audio Production Rooms and Video Production Rooms on the First Level of UNLV's Lied Library. Work to include but not limited to demolition of existing walls, doors, cabinetry, electric room signage, power, data, lighting mechanical demo/reconfiguration, fire sprinkler/fire alarm reconfiguration along with partial concrete slab removal for new waste. New work to include new wall types, doors, windows, flooring, ACT ceiling, paint, signage, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, low voltage and coordination with User FF&E requirements.
