ENGINEER'S ESTIMATE: $30,000,000

SEPARATE SEALED BIDS for Santa Rosa Regional Resources Authority (Authority) Improvements will be received by the District Secretary at the office of Rancho California Water District (RCWD), Temecula, California 92590 until 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 18, 2018, then publicly opened and read aloud.

The Instructions to Bidders, Bid Form, Contract, Plans, Specifications, and forms for the Performance Bond and Payment Bond may be examined in RCWD offices at 42135 Winchester Road, Temecula, California. Copies shall be obtained from Rancho Reprographics, Incorporated at 27715 Jefferson Avenue, Suite 111, Temecula, California 92592; a fee will be charged based on format requested (print, CD, or electronic download). Bidders may contact Rancho Reprographics at (951) 676-5300 for hours of operation and associated costs.

In addition to Authority funds, the Project will be funded in whole or in part by the Clean Water State Revolving Fund (SRF). Bids must comply with all requirements associated with these funding sources, including, but not limited to, USEPA DBE compliance, and American Iron and Steel. In addition, the successful Bidder will be required to comply with all requirements associated with the SRF funding in carrying out the Project.

A MANDATORY Pre-Bid Conference and Site Walk will be held by the Authority at the Rancho California Water District Headquarters located at 42135 Winchester Road, Temecula, CA 92590 on the following date and time: Wednesday, August 8, 2018 at 9:00 a.m. Each and every Bidder MUST attend the Pre-Bid Conference. Prospective bidders MAY NOT visit the Project Site except as provided during the Pre-Bid Conference or without making arrangements through RCWD's Engineering Manager. Note: Bids will ONLY be accepted from bidders who attended the MANDATORY Pre-Bid Conference. NO bid will be accepted from any bidder who did not attend the MANDATORY Pre-Bid Conference.

The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids.

Each bidder must deposit with the bid, security in the amount and form, and subject to conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders.
