NPC. IS SEEKING DBE SUBCONTRACTORS/SUPPLIERS/TRUCKING PARTICIPATION FOR:
Proposed repair to a slide is a drilled hole steel solider pile concrete retaining
wall approximately 125 ft. long and grade beam on drilled pier concrete wall
approximately 80 ft. long. Wall height varies from 5 ft. to 12 ft. Pier depth
varies from 20 ft. to 28 ft.
Engineer's estimate: $700,000.00 DBE Goal: 11%

ADDENDUM NO. 1 ISSUED 8/1/18

NPC is requesting the following trades including but not limited to: Trucking, clear & grub, traffic control, erosion & sediment control, grinding, drainage inlet, corrug. steel pipe downdrain, flared end section, RSP, concrete (ditch lining), Midwest guardrail system (steel post), striping, concrete backfill, lean concrete backfill, steel soldier piling, structural concrete, CIDH concrete piling, bar reinforcing steel, cable railing.

NPC IS AVAILABLE TO DISCUSS BREAKING OUT PORTIONS OF WORK TO ENCOURAGE PARTICIPATION.rnrnDan Palmer (cell 707.732.1715 or dan.palmer@northern-pacific.com) is the estimator bidding this project. He is available to answer any questions regarding scope of work, interpretation of plans, specs, bid process. NPC may also offer assistance in obtaining bonds, lines of credit, insurance, necessary equipment, materials, supplies, etc. NPC may also require payment and performance bonds. NPC will pay bond premiums up to 1-1/2% of contract cost. NPC is a NON-UNION contractor. All subcontractors performing labor on this project must pay PREVAILING WAGES and must submit CERTIFIED PAYROLL REPORTS to NPC and upload them to DIR. Plans and specs can be obtained from the County of Napa Dept of Public Works for $10 per CD or can be viewed at local plan rooms or our office at 870 Napa Valley Corporate Way, Ste. R, Napa, California. INSURANCE: NPC requires to be named as additionally insured on all insurance certificates. Primary and non-contributing is required on certificates. NORTHERN PACIFIC CORP.
