Blach Construction is looking for subcontractor bids for a new 27,000 sf Science and Robotics Building at San Benito High School in Hollister, CA. This is a funded, lease-leaseback project that has already been awarded to Blach; the site work is currently underway.

Scope includes: specialties, signage, painting, casework, epoxy flooring, doors/frames/hardware, overhead doors, fencing
