BRCO Constructors Inc. is requesting the bids from Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) subcontractors for Construction of the Yuba City Police Department Site Improvement Project.
The Scope of Work is for Construction of site improvements of the Yuba City Police Department. The improvements consists of the following: Additional parking of staff and patrol vehicles; concrete pad for heavy specialty vehicles (SWAT, etc.). The expanded area will be secured by extending the masonry block wall around the perimeter of the proposed site. Additionally, the site improvements will be designed to accommodate a future solar array project over both the existing and proposed parking areas.
Each bid must conform to the requirements of the Drawings and Project Manual, and other documents
comprising the Bid Documents.
Plans, specifications, and proposal forms for bidding this project can be obtained at the office of the Public
Works Director, City of Yuba City, 1201 Civic Center Boulevard, Yuba City, California, 95993, for a nonrefundable
deposit of $75 per set. If a contractor elects to submit a bid, the proposal form shall be obtained
from the City. An additional non-refundable deposit of $5.00 for shipping and handling is required for those
requesting delivery by U.S. mail. Deposit shall be in the form of a cashier's check, personal check, or business
check.
