This is a Project with Department of Transportation ,with 11% DBE Goal. The general scope of this project is to Overlay,Resurface,Safety Lighting,Optical & Striping. ACCI will provide any assistance for the required Firm (if requested ) with the Bonds & Insurances.
The Firm must Posses and maintain a current contractor license. The firm must be registered with Department of Industrial Relations and should have a Current DIR No.
The required firm must be CUF "Commercial Useful Function" so the participation goal is accepted towards the good faith effort. The required firm (if requested) must provide a final Bonds for 100% of the Contract Amount.
