West Yost Associates is seeking subconsultants to join our team for a proposal to East Bay Municipal Utility District (EBMUD) for the East Bay Plain Subbasin Groundwater Sustainability Plan Development Project. Specifically, we are seeking DVBE and SBE subconsultants to provide specialty services for the following subtasks of this groundwater sustainability plan development project:

 -Numerical Model Development
 -Sustainable Management Criteria
 -Salt and Nutrient Management Plan
 -Data Management Systems Evaluation
 -Environmental Compliance and Permitting
 -Field Data Collection
