The work in general includes widening River Road from 2 to 6 lanes between Fultona Avenue and North Ripon Road for approximately 1,300 feet. Underground utility improvements include a new non-potable water line, fire hydrants, storm pipe, catch basin, street lighting and landscape irrigation. Surface improvements include asphalt, curb, gutter, sidewalk, planting and striping.
