Please provide a price proposal to Furnish/Install or Supply your scope or supply of work including but not limited to work and jobsite delivery; all in accordance with and conforming to the project contract documents and additional requirements necessary to complete the work as specified herein. The referenced work scope shall also be performed to comply with the requirements of the project schedule, milestones including work staging and phasing, work restrictions and constraints, site access conditions and be coordinated with all other aspects of the project.
Confidential Information: Keep all information furnished by the Authority Confidential. Confidential Information includes specifications, drawings, plans, diagrams, sketches, renderings, and other technical data and information. Confidential Information pertaining to this Project may only be utilized in connection with such Project and by individuals who, in fact, have a "need to know" the contents of such Confidential Information, must be appropriately safeguarded. Contractors and Vendors shall not and hereby represent that it will not send, ship, mail, deliver, email, or otherwise transmit any such Confidential Information in any form or by any means outside of the United States. Breach of this provision may be deemed by the Authority to be a material breach of the Contract.
