Wickman Development and Construction is seeking 3% participation from DVBE Subcontractors and Suppliers for Multipurpose Building Modernizations Project. The Project consists of: Multipurpose Building Modernization at five elementary school campuses in Burlingame School District - Franklin, Lincoln, McKinley, Roosevelt, and Washington Elementary Schools. Work includes mechanical equipment replacement; lighting replacement; interior finishes; audio-visual equipment; interior basketball standards; access lift to stage; accessible restroom improvements; interior finishes; and other work as indicated. The estimated construction value of the work is $6,200,000.00

Wickman Development and Construction is signatory to the Carpenter's and Laborer's Unions of Northern California Master Agreement. All sub-contractors who intend to bid scopes of work to Wickman Development and Construction that fall under the Master Agreement of these unions must also be signatory to these unions or we cannot list them for that portion of work.
