Flint Builders, Inc. is soliciting bids for trade packages for the new high school in Lincoln, CA. This project is a lease-lease-back project beginning early spring, 2019 and completing in spring of 2021. All MEPF trades must be pre-qualified with the District prior to submitting a bid. The project consists of Increments 1, 2, and 3. Increment 1 includes site improvements, (2) 2-story classroom buldings, and (2) single story science classroom buildings. Increment 2 includes the new Student Union and Administration buildings. Increment 3 includes the outdoor Stadium Bleachers and Press Box.
Flint is the selected general contractor for this project. Do not contact the architect or Owner directly.

The bid documents will be available October 16th 2018. A pre-bid meeting has been scheduled for Wednesday, October 24th, 2018 at 10:00 AM at the project site.

Bonding: Upon review of pre-qualification forms Flint reserves the right to require 100% Payment and Performance Bonds. Initial cost of Payment and Performance Bonds will be paid by Flint directly to the subcontractors surety. Subcontractors will be required to pay for any increases due to time and contract price revisions.
