We are seeking quotes for the following Trades, earthwork, paving, utilities, landscaping, fencing, demolition, concrete, masonry, steel, roofing, fiber cement siding, doors, glazing, metal studs and drywall, interior finishes, miscellaneous specialties, athletic equipment, bleachers, fire suppression, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical.

Bonding: Upon review of pre-qualification forms Flint reserves the right to require 100% Payment and Performance Bonds. Initial cost of Payment and Performance Bonds will be paid by Flint directly to the subcontractor's surety. Subcontractors will be required to pay for any increases due to time and contract price revisions.
