Project Details

Wickman Development and Construction is seeking 3% participation from DVBE Subcontractors and Suppliers for Lafayette Elementary School Interim Housing Project, located at 4545 Anza Street, San Francisco, CA 94121. The Project is generally described as: Project consists of the site preparation and installation of six (6) single temporary housing units and one restroom unit. The work will include separate power connection to the grid, telephone, security, data, and fire alarm system integration, above and underground sewer and water connection to the restroom unit, all necessary site work, and hazardous abatement as shown in the plans. The Estimated construction value of the work is $500,000.00.

Wickman Development and Construction is signatory to the Carpenter's and Laborer's Unions of Northern California Master Agreement. All sub-contractors who intend to bid scopes of work to Wickman Development and Construction that fall under the Master Agreement of these unions must also be signatory to these unions or we cannot list them for that portion of work.
