Gonsalves & Stronck Construction is seeking sub-bids in all trades for the construction of a new station along with associated site improvements at
1800 23rd Street, San Pablo, CA, 94806 (to replace the existing Contra Costa County Fire Protection District Fire Station #70). The new Fire Station #70 will be a two-story structure including, but not limited to, three (3) apparatus bays, kitchen, dorm rooms, offices, restrooms, training, exercise, decon, storage, day and dining rooms along with all associated HVAC, electrical, civil site work, and landscaping. The new station will also include a two-stop elevator, emergency generator and fuel tank. The project will also include a photovoltaic roof system and has been designed to meet LEED Silver equivalency per the County's standard for public buildings.

Engineer Estimate: $10 mil

We are an equal opportunity employer. The plans and specs are available for your review at our office. Payment and/or Performance Bonds may be required from a G&S approved surety. G&S will pay up to 1 - 1/2% bond premium. Worker's Compensation Waiver of Subrogation will be required as well as General Aggregate limit per project w/primary wording, to which should be part of your bid. G&S is signatory to the Carpenter & Laborer Local unions. Subs will be expected to execute a standard G&S subcontract agreement.
