The Project includes rehabilitating approx. 1.2 mi of the Major Deegan Exwy (I-87) in the Bronx, including the elimination of 2 bridges w/fill roadway & the rehabilitation of 2 bridges.

The Major Deegan project has DBE participation opportunities, & Granite is seeking qualified NYS certified DBE's to provide Subcontract/Supplier/Service Opportunities for categories that potentially include, but are not necessarily limited to:

Asbestos Abatmnt, Bearings, Clear & Grub, Concrete, Conc Barr, Crack/Conc Repair, Demo,
Dewater/Groundwater Cntrl, Drill/Grout, Drilled Shafts, Earthwork, Electrical, ITS, Environmental & Hazardous Matl's, Fencing, Fire Alarm, Flatwork, Fuel Supply, Graffiti Rmvl, Guiderail, Haz/Contaminated Soil Rmv'l, Soil Test/Monitor, Janitorial Serv, Landscaping, Lead Abatmnt, MPT, Masonry, Milling, Misc Metals, Joints, Painting/Coating, Pvmnt Mkgs, Paving, Photography, Precast, Rebar, Retaining Walls, Roadway Lighting, Pest Control, Grooving, Sawing/Sealing, CPM, Scuppers/Downspout, Security Serv, Studs, Sheeting, Signage
