PSEC is willing to breakout any portion of work to encourage LBE's and solicit their subcontractor or materials and/or suppliers and trucking quotation as well as increase the expectations of meeting the San Leandro business preference and participation goal. The Project plans and contract book may be obtained free of charge from the City's website http://www.sanleandro.org/depts/finance/purchasing/bids.
