The Work shall consist of Addition to the Administration / Multipurpose Building (Unit A), General Alteration to Administration / Multipurpose Building (Unit A), Classrooms & Library (Unit B), Kindergarten (Unit C) and Student Care (Unit D), Site Work, Construction of (3) Relocatable Buildings (Unit E), (11) Relocatable Buildings (Units F1-F-3). Major trades include, but are not limited to the following: Final Cleaning, Surveying, Site Demolition, Modular Building Relocation, Earthwork and Paving, Site Utilities, Fencing, Landscaping, Unit Paving, Concrete and Reinforcing Steel, Miscellaneous Metals, Rough Carpentry, FRP, Millwork, Waterproofing, Insulation, Roofing, Expansion Control, Doors/Frames/Hardware, Glazing, Cement Plaster, Acoustical Ceiling, Soft Flooring, Resinous Flooring Sealed Concrete Flooring, Wall Coverings, Paint, Specialties, Fire Suppression, Plumbing, HVAC and Electrical. All MEPF subcontractors are required to be pre-qualified with FCUSD. District must receive applications at least (10) days prior to scheduled bid opening.

Flint Builders will require all proposals to be submitted on the Bid Form provided in the Plan Room. Please attach to your company proposal if providing one.
Bonding: Upon review of pre-qualification forms Flint reserves the right to require 100% Payment and Performance Bonds. Initial cost of Payment and Performance Bonds will be paid by Flint directly to the subcontractor's surety. Subcontractors will be required to pay for any increases due to time and contract price revisions.
