Rocky Mountain Construction LLC is requesting quotes from Certified and licensed DBE, SBE and DVBE subcontractors and suppliers for the following items: LEAD COMPLIANCE PLAN, CONSTRUCTION AREA SIGNS, TRAFFIC CONTROL SYSTEM, TEMPORARY PAVEMENT MARKING (TAPE), PORTABLE CHANGEABLE MESSAGE SIGN, JOB SITE MANAGEMENT, PREPARE WATER POLLUTION CONTROL PROGRAM, TEMPORARY CONCRETE WASHOUT, TREATED WOOD WASTE, SHOULDER BACKING, COLD IN-PLACE RECYCLING, CEMENT (COLD IN-PLACE RECYCLING), EMULSIFIED RECYCLING AGENT (COLD IN-PLACE RECYCLING), ASPHALTIC EMULSION (COLD IN-PLACE RECYCLING), SAND COVER (COLD IN-PLACE RECYCLING), INTELLIGENT COMPACTION (COLD IN-PLACE RECYCLING), HOT MIX ASPHALT (TYPE A), DATA CORE, TACK COAT, COLD PLANE ASPHALT CONCRETE PAVEMENT, PAVEMENT MARKER (RETROREFLECTIVE RECESSED), OBJECT MARKER (TYPE L-1), MIDWEST GUARDRAIL SYSTEM, TRANSITION RAILING (TYPE WB-31), ALTERNATIVE IN-LINE TERMINAL SYSTEM, CONCRETE BARRIER TRANSITION, REMOVE GUARDRAIL, RECONSTRUCT GUARDRAIL, ADJUST GUARDRAIL, RECONSTRUCT TERMINAL SYSTEM (TYPE SRT), THERMOPLASTIC PAVEMENT MARKING, THERMOPLASTIC TRAFFIC STRIPE (SPRAYABLE), REMOVE THERMOPLATIC PAVEMENT MARKING, MAINTAINING EXISTING TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT SYSTEM ELEMENTS DURING CONSTRUCTION. Subcontractors must possess a current contractor's license and comply with all California registration requirements. All subcontractors are required to obtain a Department of Industrial Relations registration number and provide the number to RMC at bid time with their quote. Subcontractors must have worker's compensation and insurance coverage at limits acceptable to RMC during the length of the prime contract and include Waiver of Subrogation to RMC on insurance policies. RMC may require subcontractors to provide 100% performance and payment bonding for their value of work. If required by RMC, we will reimburse bonding costs up to 1.5% of the total subcontract value.
