Scope of Work: The work consists of reconstruction Lockeford Street by installing approximately 170,000 square feet of pavement, 5,400 linear feet of concrete curb and gutter, 47,000 square feet of sidewalk, 3,400 linear feet of water pipe, a new traffic signal, streetlight improvements, landscape improvements, and other incidental and related work.

Work/ Supply Needed: Traffic control, AC paving, landscaping, electrical, striping & signage, trucking

We will require that all participating companies carry Workers' Compensation & Liability Insurance
and be bonded. We will assist with obtaining insurance, bonds or lines of credit. Plans and specs
can be viewed at our office located at 5433 El Camino Ave Suite 4 Carmichael, CA 95608 or emailed
upon request. Interested subcontractors must have an active State Contractor's license with a
classification appropriate for the work to be performed. Interested subcontractors must be registered
with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR).
