DBE subcontractors and/or suppliers to provide:
Scope of Supply which includes all equipment, accessories, and services associated with the design assistance, necessary drawings, and sketches, and review design drawings during the design phase of the project and verify that the proposed installation design is acceptable for its equipment. The Centrifuge Dewatering Equipment which shall include but not be limited to general items including accessories and supports necessary for installation. The EQUIPMENT SUPPLIER shall assist the GENERAL CONTRACTOR during the testing and startup of the Centrifuge Dewatering Equipment and shall provide complete start up services for equipment and systems within the EQUIPMENT SUPPLIER'S Scope of Supply. All Centrifuge Dewatering equipment in the EQUIPMENT SUPPLIER'S scope shall be provided with a five year warranty commencing on the date of "Completion of Installation" as accepted by IEUA and placement of the equipment into regular service.

Flottweg Separations Technology Inc will assist in obtaining bonds, insurance, necessary equipment, supplies, materials, as well as any related assistance in services. Complete plans and specs are available upon request from office by emailing aemejom@flottweg.net. Provide quotations to Flottweg Separations Technology one week before the bid due date, i.e. on or before February 14, 2019
