Jett Industries, Inc. is actively soliciting quotations for the Tannersville WSI Arsenic Treatment Building Improvements, Tannersville, New York. We will be bidding the project that has a combined goal 20% MBE & WBE certified with Empire State Development. The project bids on February 6, 2019. Please provide your detailed scope of work by January 28, 2019 and final Quote by 12:00 on February 4, 2019.

Overall Scope: Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Tannersville, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a sidewalk/parking lot; for site work for a sidewalk/parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk/ parking lot; and water /sewer project.
Contract No. 3- General Construction-Arsenic Treatment Building: includes all labor , tools and equipment to construct a 25' x 35' wood frame water treatment plant building on cast-in-place concrete foundation with interior rooms and a below grade pipe receiving pit; install process equipment, including arsenic removal treatment system, chemical feed equipment, process valves; provide laboratory casework and equipment, doors, windows, and general and miscellaneous equipment; provide all site work, including general grading and excavation, structural excavation and backfill,
subsurface drainage, sanitary sewer pump station, gravel driveway and paved parking area; provide new pitless units, submersible pump, riser pipe and other miscellaneous work on existing test/production wells; provide all necessary earthwork and concrete/steel work. Work also includes all necessary site preparation, cleaning, grubbing, ditching, erosion and sediment control, and restoration. Deduct alternates will be received for asphalt pavement, roofing materials and casework.
