Surveying, demo & salvage, concrete (resurfacing, repair, forming, expansion joint, reinforcement, cast in place, curing, precast, grouting & epoxy injection grouting), metals (hot dip galvanizing, flange bolting, structural steel framing, mechanical metal pipe supports & anchor system), painting, coating, high build epoxy coating system, sump pumps, electrical, earthwork (clearing & grubbing, excavation, dewatering, fill, import backfill, drain rock material, controlled low strength material, trenching & backfill), surface restoration, asphalt pavement replacement, drain line cleaning, mechanical materials & methods, misc. piping specialties, valves, process integration and trucking.

Bonds may be required, if so Valentine Corporation can assist. A 100% payment bond and performance bond may be required for the full amount of the subcontract price. Please provide a bond premium rate with your quote. If you have any questions, need assistance in obtaining bonding, lines of credit, insurance, equipment, supplies, and materials or related assistance in services, please contact our office. Please note that no contractor or subcontractor may be listed on a bid proposal for a public works project (submitted on or after March 1, 2015) unless registered with the Department of Industrial Relations pursuant to Labor Code section 1725.5 [with limited exceptions from this requirement for bid purposes only under Labor Code section 1771.1(a)]. Subcontractors must possess a current contractor's license, insurance and worker's compensation coverage meeting Caltrans requirements and will be required to sign the standard Valentine Corporation Subcontract Agreement. Plans and specifications are available to be viewed in our office located at 111 Pelican Way San Rafael between 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM Monday through Friday by appointment or you can send a request for this project and we will send you the specs/plans.
