SCOPE: Lease Leaseback Guaranteed Max Price Project - Alten is under contract to bid this project to Subcontractors.
Multi-phased modernization of an Elementary School. Construction to commence spring of 2019.
PLA Required / 5% Retention / Standard Public Works Insurance Levels Required - See Facilities Lease Extract / 2 Year Warranty / MEP/FS Subcontractors MUST be prequalified w/District prior to bid / RFI Due 2/13/19 to bids@altenconstruction.com / Schedule & Trade Packages to be provided

Alten Construction may implement a CCIP (Contractor Controlled Insurance Program) on this or any Project
