Location: 1248 E. Lincoln, Ave., Anaheim

The El Verano project consists of a new 3-story apartment building with 54 units, private community center space, and shared indoor and outdoor common amenities. 42 uncovered on-grade parking spaces.
Walton Construction, Inc. plans to receive bids from Section 3, and MBE/WBE firms for participation in the El Vernano project. Certified firms must provide a copy of their current Section 3 and MBE/WBE certification. This project is a California Commercial and Davis Bacon prevailing wage job.
