The Work shall consist of Demolition of two existing buildings and portions of the campus hard and soft scape. Installation of two permanent modular buildings, including classrooms, a media center, maker lab and conference room. Improvements to site work including additional vehicle circulation and parking, fencing and gates, and landscaping. Major trades include, but are not limited to the following: Final Cleaning, Surveying, Site Demolition, Modular Building Demolition, Earthwork and Paving, Site Utilities, Fencing, Landscaping, Concrete and Reinforcing Steel, Miscellaneous Metals, Waterproofing, Cement Plaster, Soft Flooring, Paint, Specialties, Plumbing and Electrical.

Flint Builders will require all proposals to be submitted on the Bid Form provided in the Plan Room.
Bonding: Upon review of pre-qualification forms Flint reserves the right to require 100% Payment and Performance Bonds. Initial cost of Payment and Performance Bonds will be paid by Flint directly to the subcontractor's surety. Subcontractors will be required to pay for any increases due to time and contract price revisions.
This project includes Skilled and Trained Work Force requirements per CA Public Contract Code.
