Joint venture, Arcadis MLK Partners (Arcadis U.S., Inc., JGM, RWBID, and Citadel), is requesting Community Business Enterprise (CBE) proposals for the LA DPW RFP for PM/CM and Project Controls Support Services for the Martin Luther King, Jr. Behavioral Health Center Renovation and Related Projects (RFP No. BRC0000031). Seeking participation by highly qualified certified CBE firms with previous experience providing services on public facilities or similar complex projects. Previous healthcare, renovation, D-B experience and a strong understanding of the local environment and local laws, ordinances, regulations, policies, and permitting is preferred. The following positions made available to CBE firms:
1. Community Outreach
2. Curtain Wall
3. Waterproofing
4. Hazmat
