The Work shall consist of new construction of a Music, Arts, and Administration building approximately 23,900 sf. Design-Build Subcontractors for Mechanical, Electrical and Fire Suppression have been selected as well as Design-Assist Subcontractors for Earthwork, Utilities, Structural Steel, Concrete, Glazing, Metal Stud Framing and Drywall. All remaining trades for this project are included in this bid.

Two pre-bid conferences are scheduled for February 14, 2019 @ 1:30 PM and February 19, 2019 @ 10:30 AM. Bidders shall meet at the jobsite location main parking lot along Cunningham Avenue.
