We are requesting bids for the following trades and/or supplies:

Electrical (6%, est$180,000), Mechanical (14%,est $420,000), Concrete (3%, $90,000), Earthwork/Paving (20%, est $600,000) and other classification as described in the bid documents.

If you are planning to bid a portion of this work, please submit a Scope of Work letter three days prior to bid date, identifying what specification section you will be bidding. Plans are available for viewing at: EFS West, 28472 Constellation Road, Valencia CA 91355 on Monday through Friday during the hours of 8:00AM to 5:00PM.
